As we all experience challenging circumstances surrounding the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we wanted to share with our customers how we’re supporting the social distancing recommendations.
- While our offices remain open at this time, our Customer Service Representatives are available via phone (830) 683-2111 or email email@example.com. You may reach out to them with any questions or billing concerns during this time.
- Self Bill Pay is available on our website. We also take payments over the phone by check or credit card.
Internally, we’ve shared the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s guidelines with our employees and reinforced prevention techniques.
As an added precaution, not only for our employees and their families but to our customer, we will require permission to spray antivirus spray on any surface or devices we may come into contact when at a customer’s premise.
