WELCOME TO OUR NEW ONLINE BILLING SYSTEM

Our online bill payment system allows you to view and pay your bill using electronic check, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover; but first you will need to register on the new online payment site.

During registration you will be asked for your Service Account and a Security Code.  To find these, look in the detachable remit area of your current bill (example below).  Please use your Account Number as your Service Account.  The Security Code will be 141 (3-digit MACC company number) plus the last four characters of the number directly under the due date.  The Security Code in the example below would be (CO#)1011.

Welcome  to the automated bill payment system, secured and operated by CDS Global for your local telecommunications provider. You may view and pay your bill using electronic check, or a VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit card.

The information you submit on this site is secure and will be kept confidential. All communications between you and CDS Global are encrypted using Secure Sockets technology and strong security procedures are maintained and monitored in our processing center. 3. When the initial screen appears, choose the green button that says “CONTINUE .”
4. You will then be redirected to the registration portal.

Your new account number: 0000000073 (see sample below). You can find your account number on your paper bill.

Your 7-digit security code: All security codes will start with 141 + the last four digits of the main number on the account. The security code for the sample below would be 01411011.

5. After these steps are complete, you will be instructed to login.

Click on the Return To Login button and enter in your Username and Password.

At this time, you can enter your bank or credit card information into the payment system. You can also set up automatic payments.

You will receive an e-mail notifying you when your bill is ready and confirmation of received payments.

The bill for every month is always due on the 15th.

Depending on where you live, federal, state and local governments may assess a percentage-based sales tax against certain services on your bill.

Our offices are closed on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, the Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Yes. 

All customers who utilize our online bill payment system must re-register with our new system unless you are already set up for AUTO credit card or ACH payments.  Those set up for auto pay will not need to re-register.
