New bill pay

Southwest Texas Communications “SWTC” is committed to providing the best experience for it’s customers. As part of its dedication to coninually update and improve our technology and infrastructure, it has replaced the previous credit and debt card autopay system with Paymentus.

Paymentus provides many benefits for debit and credit card autopay customers:

  • Safe and highly secure online accounts.
  • Quick phone payments using a credit card or debit card.
  • Viewable payment history and account balance.
  • Monthly autopayments.
  • Bill-pay reminders.
  • Management and payment of multiple accounts.

Paymentus also uses a more secure system that is ADA-compliant and offers an extra level of security for customers wishing to pay online. For more details, please check out the Paymentus FAQs below.

Customers will now be able to pay with the following. Visa, Master Card, Discover, AMEX, echeck, Pay Pal, Paypal Credit, Venmo, Google Pay, Apple Pay and IVR.

Interruption will be on Oct. 30th after 5:00 pm and Oct 31.  Customers will have until 5:00 on the 30th to submit their payment.

No, usernames and passwords will automatically be migrated over to Paymentus.

SWTC does not require a deposit.

You can pay past due balances.  Service will be restored as soon as possible Mon-Fri 8:00 to 5:00.    The Reconnect Fee of $12.00 will appear on the next bill statements. 

Yes, customers can set it up from the Customer Portal.

Customers can login on the Customer Account Portal and view new and past bill statements.

If you were receiving a paper copy of your bill before, you continue to receive one.  Customers do have an option to choose paper bill or paperless billing.

None of our payment options incur a fee.
