Southwest Texas Communications “SWTC” is committed to providing the best experience for it’s customers. As part of its dedication to coninually update and improve our technology and infrastructure, it has replaced the previous credit and debt card autopay system with Paymentus.
Paymentus provides many benefits for debit and credit card autopay customers:
- Safe and highly secure online accounts.
- Quick phone payments using a credit card or debit card.
- Viewable payment history and account balance.
- Monthly autopayments.
- Bill-pay reminders.
- Management and payment of multiple accounts.
Paymentus also uses a more secure system that is ADA-compliant and offers an extra level of security for customers wishing to pay online. For more details, please check out the Paymentus FAQs below.

Customers who are on ACH auto pay will need to login and set up auto pay. Auto pay for credit cards will be transition.
