The Company has the right to collect a $180.00 modem router equipment fee before installation. Customer service will contact you after submitting your application for prepayment.
 
The Company has the right to ask for supporting documentation after reviewing your application. Common documentation requested includes your MRG 911 letter. Please be prepared to provide supporting documentation if requested.

Protect your home with the Inside Wiring Protection Plan. Inside wiring and jacks can be expensive to repair. For $2.25/month per building, SWTC will repair trouble inside your home or building. The plan does not include repairing “customer provided” equipment.

We bill one month in advance. When receiving your first bill please expect to see charges from installation day to end of the month plus next month.  After paying the first bill, customers can expect to pay monthly recurring charges.

Labor/trip charges start off at $70.00/hr minimum and will be determined by total time spent on installation. Total labor charges will be reflected on your first bill.
