The Customer’s Personal Information is located in the upper left hand corner of the Account Summary screen. This includes the customer’s name and email address. It’s important to verify the accuracy of this information, specifically the email address. The email address is the location where payment confirmation’s will be sent. To change the email address, click on “Change email.”
Address information will need to be updated in Customer Master and the eBill website will be updated with the new address information after going through billing process.
