Garner State Park
Relax & rejuvinate under the Texan sun. Enjoy 2.9 miles of the cool, crisp & crystal clear Frio River after an outdoor yoga flow, or hiking Old Baldie. We will be enjoying our yoga practice and a meditation practice both morning and evening, meanwhile in the afternoons we will be exploring our surroundings: doing some stand up paddleboarding across the frio river, trekking through Garner on mountain bikes, going hiking, exploring one of many local caves, and much more!
Breakfast will be provided both days – PLEASE provide your own lunch and dinner for Friday and Saturday!
Please bring: Lunches and Dinner for yourself for the weekend. Your own camping gear if you prefer/ have it, if not let me know- I have extras 🙂 A change of clothes, toiletries, flashlight, bug spray, sunscreen, hat, towel, swimsuit, yoga mat, journal, pen, water bottle AND TWO gallons of water, pillow, sandals, hiking boots (extra pair of socks!), rain gear/rain poncho/XL garbage bag (just in case) cards/games, a long sleeve or light sweater for night time & a book to read.
