Just what IS geocaching, anyway?

Join us and find out the answer to these questions and more in our Geocaching 101 activity. Geocaching is an outdoor treasure hunt that you can do anywhere in the world using a hand-held GPS unit (provided) or your smartphone!

Where: Meet at the Acorn Bird Blind (down the path from the restrooms, between campsites 39 and 41).

Who: All ages welcome! Children must be accompanied by an adult.

What to bring: Good walking shoes, sun protection, and drinking water are recommended. GPS units are provided for this activity.

Note: Park programs are open to the public and free with park entrance fee ($5 per adult; children 12 and under are free). No need to register–just show up!
