Not Your Childhood Treehouse
Watch this fascinating time-lapse film of building the “biblioteque” (library) treehouse in Utopia, Texas, where you can stay overnight. |
Treehouse Utopia Is Aptly Named And Not Just Because It’s In Utopia, TX!
I am excited that this month we are featuring an Amazing Video of one of our own customers — Ms. Laurel Waters. The Waters Family are longtime customers and we are excited to add on to the Amazing Treehouse video above.
Treehouse Utopia is a unique and magical treehouse bed & breakfast located in Utopia, TX, where you are surrounded by nature and literally stay in the arms of ancient Bald Cypress trees right on the banks of the Sabinal River. Who doesn’t love a treehouse? Combine that with being surrounded by luxury, and you have the perfect romantic getaway. Leave the kids and the pets at home, and make time for yourselves to rekindle, refresh, and renew.
Treehouse Utopia has four rentable treehouses, each with its own personality. The Biblioteque treehouse (featured in the video and pictured at the very top) allows you to sleep amongst the books and nestle into the book nook complete with big club chairs and gas burning fireplace. The Chapelle has an ethereal feel to it with endless flameless candles, metallic embroideries, and deep reds. The Carousel is bright and whimsical and a delight from top to bottom. The Chateau (also pictured above) is the largest of the four, complete with two stories, king size bed, and oversized deck.
Each treehouse has a sitting room, bedroom, and full bathroom complete with real tile showers. (Two of them also have clawfoot bathtubs.) Each treehouse also has multiple sitting decks for your relaxation and full immersion into nature. Guests very often witness a multitude of local bird species, families of deer or turkey, and many other wonders. Sunrise, sunsets, full moons, and star gazing are all unfiltered with the quiet, remote setting undisturbed by city light pollution.
If you are looking for the perfect birthday, anniversary, or just out of this world special experience, Treehouse Utopia is the place to go. Reservations are made online at www.treehouseutopia.com.
Wait…there’s more treehouse magic!
The Laurel Tree restaurant is a one of a kind destination restaurant that has been open only on Saturdays for nearly 15 years now. Chef Laurel Waters continues to change the menu every single Saturday based on the gardens in the back yard of the restaurant and what is fresh and seasonal. The Laurel Tree also has a private treehouse dining room available for rent for either the lunch or dinner service. The treehouse has one table in it and seats six or less. It is the perfect location for your special occasions and unique dining experience.
Reservations are a must for regular dining in one of the two restaurant dining rooms or the treehouse as the restaurant sells out every single weekend. For more information on The Laurel Tree, please visit www.utopiagourmet.com. |
